I cannot forgive you
    until
I can forgive myself.
    For,
it was I
    who decided
it was safe
    to put my feelings
in your care.

without surrender, be on good terms with all persons...

Hey---this one sounds all too familiar to me! Man, I sure know how this feels! Keep this up, the short work is often the best!

All I do, is think about you...

I believe forgiveness of self tends to be much harder than forgiving others.  This one made me think and I love it when a writer can do that.  Thanks, Ethel

(sigh) Oh Patricia, I can relate to this, sweet friend, I agree with Michael that it is so much harder to forgive ones self and I hope now you have found the courage to do so! (big hugggsssss) This is sincerely heartfelt, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Patricia, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!
