The sound of a door closing softly awakens me.
Groggy, unsure of what has happened, questioning.
A light fragrance assaults my senses, so pleasant and soft.

Has some one been close beside me?

Dreaming again, feeling the touch of another on cool arms.
The kiss of a thousand dreams covering my eyes.
I stir slightly, not waking.

A shape from the far wall approaches.
I am caught in a spell, unable to see, unable to move.

A sudden feeling of softness overwhelms my soul.
Touching me teasingly.
Stirring, not waking, yearning for more.

The sound again, of a door, awakens me.
My dream shattered, I quietly follow the sound of distant steps.

Cool floor beneath hot feet, soothing to my soles.
My inner soul afire, flames licking high within me.
A light shatters the darkness of a still house.

Slight resistance yields to my touch as I enter a darkened room.
A familiar and stronger fragrance assaulting my senses, reminding me.
Against a far window, silhouetted by a full moon, I see a shape.
The slim but full lines of femininity finely formed.
The rasp of breath alerts and increases my desires.

Slowly I approach the sound in my ears.
The rise and fall increasing with each step.
Joining hands....sighing together.

Two shapes become one silhouette against a silver moon as curtains rustle...as if smiling...
approving...

Barry,
And a fine job you did. It reads better and more romantic.
