Reality... Check yourself at the door keep away from here reality is not wanted here a begining with an end check yourself at the door I have a mother only she isn't really here she plays pretend and makes me believe she really loves to bug me but she doesn't really love me Reality... Check yourself at the door keep away from here reality is not wanted here a begining with an end check yourself at the door I have a boyfriend he is always here he is happy and never sad and makes me believe in myself, in everything I do He honestly really loves me Reality... Check yourself at the door keep away from here reality is not wanted here a begining with an end check yourself at the door I have a life that barely exists my heart is broken and unmended my life falling apart why can't I just be happy Reality... Check yourself at the door keep away from here reality is not wanted here a begining with an end check yourself at the door I go to church I get lost in my thoughts I write a poem I pretend to be happy I pretend to love myself Reality... Check yourself at the door keep away from here reality is not wanted here a begining with an end check yourself at the door The reality of this really is ... I'm not truly loved, I have no mother she was just given a title Reality... Check yourself at the door keep away from here reality is not wanted here a begining with an end check yourself at the door the reality is I am unhappy, I am lost, I want to run away I love you but why don't you love me Reality... Check yourself at the door keep away from here reality is not wanted here a begining with an end check yourself at the door -------I see now that I need counseling. I am going to start going twice a week. I need to push harder. and voice how I really feel. Thats what my goal is for the next few weeks.---------- |
