~ By Sue ~ Does he really think I am such a fool Or that I do not know the real reason Why he left the way he did that day He insisted on drinking each day From morning to night he would drink Staying out until late at night One or two times I locked him out It did not stop him from drinking He drank even more after that With an ice chest in his old truck He carries it to work each day Complaining that he can not breath Sometimes he says he can not sleep Or that he feels so tired Still, he drinks, drinks and drinks He does not wait until he is at home He drinks while driving down the road 10-7-02 |
