In Love You Were Strong

If I was wrong.
If I waited way too long
to ask you back into my arms
than I must pay the penalty
of foolishly being led to believe
that you really did love me.
That you would wait
for me patiently.
That you were
STRONG.
Or...was
I wrong.

It's hard to say what is meant to be..
love is not only a weakness but our greatest strength...and sometimes it hurts.

I perceive them both in your writing...
the pain and the joy, ah but life goes on
and that's the best part~
