Hooley Dooley Girlie

Here she came, this demure Aussie
feeling just a little bit saucy
Took the Outback menu and said
"Why this is the silliest thing I've ever read."

Mz. Kethry assured us
that most of what she read
she'd never heard of
We were simply amazed
at her very words~

With a little giggle
and then a little shout
She said, "I'll have a Hooley Dooley Salad !"
"What the heck's that all about ?"

She kept us in stitches
with her amusing personality
The formerly 'shy and retiring' poetess
we call our own Kethry~

~Kethry ... you are just the BEST that 'down-under' has to offer~
We LOVE you, girlie~

Kethry is a treasure! She laughed so hard at the thought of a bloomin' onion (which doesn't exist in Australia)!

Actually the entire Outback menu sent her into hysterics....but she recognized the Foster's!

As for that 'Hooley Dooley' ... goodness only knows .... but, perhaps we should write Outback and ask them !!
