Today as I raised the blinds and looked into my world, I refused the matted road of tears and solitude. I put one foot in front of the other until I stood in the infinite ocean, savoring the cold blue flowing over my feet and sparkling sand washing between my toes, I lifted my face in the salty air and with my fingertips I touched the white puffy clouds and said, let the shores of loneliness be distant! Then I tumbled round and round in joy until my desperate soul erupted, and like a butterfly in the wind, I became new, and the clouds understood and shook with laughter, sweeping me into the blue expanse. I looked down and smiled at my world of solitude and said, goodbye BloomingRose |

To leave solitude for life is indeed a journey well taken. Thank you. What light through yon window breaks? It is the east, and Juliet is the sun. |

This is abso'bloom'ing lovely!--very special! You became a friend to yourself and went out to play! We're never really alone when we have ourself as our best friend! ~ To friends! And may "the shores of loneliness be distant"--always! ~ Earth Angel |
