The heart of you

0 posted 2002-09-30 04:01 PM

In rays of love, my Moon, let me delight.
With stars and sun, my Love, oh let me play.
And let me be your own this Passions’ night.

Please let your face, my Love, be my first sight;
The face that wakes me now at dusk of day.
In rays of love, my Moon, let me delight.

Now let my heart, my Moon, with yours take flight.
Guide it, love, to the place where your heart stays
And let me be your own this Passions’ night.

Your touch, my Moon, will let these flames ignite
And show to me the secrets of the way.
In rays of love, my Moon, let me delight.

With words of love, my Moon, let me excite.
O may they make your heart beat fast, I pray;
And let me be your own this Passions’ night.

I will always, Moon, your name recite.
Forever will my heart be in your rays.
In rays of love, my Moon, let me delight.
And let me be your own this Passions’ night.

What light through yon window breaks?  It is the east, and Juliet is the sun.

I knew that you did not forget, my Love.  As I could never forget you, my favorite subject.

Thank you.
