I Call to you

I call to your passion , your thought and your eyes
To come to the fringe of the waters that rise
For this is the night of the full moon to ride
The power of it’s force on the crest of the tide

Come witness the rhythms of earth’s beating heart
The tides that anoint you before they depart
The wave that will cradle the beauty of dreams
And let them flow freely in sparkling streams

I call to your heart strings in whispering phrase
That beckons you come for the rest of your days
Come bathe in my waters, let sweet dreams depart
To the sound of the ocean you’ll open your heart

I call to your sense of adventure and pride
To skim o’er the sea with a whale by your side
I call to your spirit to fly with the One
Who knows of my womb where all life has begun

I call your inquisitive mind to come near
The answers to questions you’re longing to hear
Dive into my depths and examine my world
Where most ancient of beings are plainly unfurled

The One who created the vastness and breadth
Has called to your eye to look into the depth
My secrets are kept beneath silvery sheen
Where treasures abound that have never been seen

I waken the splendor, the jewels of the earth
I whisper to muses the sum of my worth
Let your eye be the witness, your heart be the guide
Let your soul honor gifts that you'll harbor inside
