oh the camaraderie that could be theirs if it weren’t for the stares they maintain at the walls before them separating their lives as lonely finches they perch left in the lurch by their shortsightedness pecking endlessly at the hole before them that seems to provide all sustenance if only they could see beyond do I know them better than I know myself? my shelf is dusty ©September 28, 2002 Whether on the shoal or on the shore, |

(sigh) Oh Virginia, I know the irony of what you mean here, and though I like to be accepted, I am not that huge party sociable kind of person, I would feel as though I lost my character being like that and I forget my identity and stay aloft on that dusty shelf trying to tidy my heart up! (big hugggssssss) This is wonderfully said, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiufl heart, sweet Virginia, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you!
