Pardon

a timid prisoner
of emotions
locked behind
a wall of strength
shackled to
real illusions
and
the only escape
is pardon’s
freedom
in breath

I’m not disappointed,  I never expected anything from you.

Wow, great poem, full of intensity, yet simple too. Thanks for sharing

(sigh) Oh Helen, this is so very true and I wish every time it could be that easy, though sometimes for a response there is always that "I beg your pardon!" (sigh) This is wonderfully heartfelt, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Helen, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
