Hello Hello my friends just passing bye Today I am a butterfly. I’m looking for a nectars Isle To land upon and stay awhile I’ve sown myself a pair of wings Of guiles and wiles and other things And taken me some seeds of joy To plant the earth in redeploys On these I’ll plant some daffodils With hews of other colored frills. And water then with kindest care To make them flower nice and fair. And then I’ll dream of kingdoms come And beat upon my kettledrum And beat the beat for joy to grow To make a field of joy to sew And On this field of happenstance I’ll dance and dance and dance and dance. |
