The Dig Dig the wastelands of a mind And find beneath a fossil rind A skull of bone now turned to stone That once had built a velvet throne. That once had held a snow-white dove A heart that swelled of vestige love A core that built a human bridge That swore forever to bondage. And though this world has long since past The thought in it will ever last. It rides the change within the grime To last until the end of time For be there life that stirs within Love will put it in a spin Weave a web of sandy rhyme A shroud around forever’s time So make your temple any stone And you will never be alone. |

Sy, if I were to become an archeologist, does that mean I would dig you even more than I already do? Good morning, Sir...tea, or coffee? |

Seymour~ Were there a treasure I could unearth It would be your poetic birth~ For you remain an archeological find Far beyond the page of time~ I'd shovel deep at chance to reap another 'fossil' of your kind~ You just 'rock' this world, poet~ Can ya' 'dig' it ? *Hugs* ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |

I'm diggin your rhymes and your poetic mind...then when Im done diggin I'll build you a shrine. Wouldst thou think me naive Wouldst thou find me too absurd Should I build alters for thy verse So that I might worship thine every word Might I raise thy rhymes on pedestals Might I carve thy words in glittered gold Thy poetry to be my deliverance granting mine hollow eyes such beauty to behold. Could I come to thee on genuflect knee Might I place thee upon gilded throne Thy verse to be thy kingdom's crown Thy words engraved in destiny's stone *winkiewinkie* [This message has been edited by Janet Marie (08-18-2002 11:25 AM).] |

Seymour darling heart this is a real find of wonder. Wonderful writing darling heart utterly utterly wonderful, I love it utterly utterly utterly, your writing is always filled with such grace. Truly beautiful writing If the moons glow was written in rhyme If the sea flowed at a certain time If the stars dance knew only one song Or if life paused before it moved on I know they would pause and wait for you For you know them well you surely do You write the stars shine in softest hue You paint dreamer’s sky its what you do Where wisdom’s needed your touch is there And where souls need help you show you care Where mystery baffles you shed light Illuming the dark and shining night You are the find of mind that frees me Brushing my soul with real clarity You know I love your writing and this is awesome, I might be late nut I do try to get here if you're handing out kisses today I'll get in line I wouldn't want to miss out darling heart would I. The Sultans favourite should get a kiss surely xx Love and warm stuff As always Mushy Breathe through the heat of our desire |
