Wake up walk around heads pounding feel like a clown prayed all morning to the porcelain god forgiveness given with each surge I hope I can avoid the urge Mighty was I the night before when drinks poured down my throat like never before pills compounded my morning thrills as the mental ache began to vibrate hollow head filled with dread blank spots start to return a woman’s face is born stranger in lace what was she doing near my waist wallet gone I wonder for how long ripped of in my drunken stupor I start to laugh at myself because I thought I was going to dupe her No more never again Not me won't repeat that sin really this time I mean it this is the last time I drink it No more Tequila ever ever AGAIN Thomas AKA Rogue |
