Can thee not see twin eyes of real within the vision of surreal? Can not thee grasp of glowing wand as leaves now fall from golden frond? Chill of the eyes of soulless man are held within thy palm, one’s hand. That touch of rough and jagged rock from whence became once flowing frock. For in the whispered tales of love does not thee find one lonely dove. The hawk before ye snares the bird of white with flow of boldest word. And ‘gainst the grate of darkest cell a wizard speaks of witch's spell For in the stock of most foul stew does lie thy heart, in tatters new. From gravel of the throat in speak shall come to dwell amongst the meek. The serpent coiled in still of night behind the rock, in blind of sight.... Once struck by fang and dreaded eye the dove, now dying...shall not fly. [This message has been edited by Magnus (09-17-2002 09:58 PM).] |

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Barry, this is so terrifying and heartbreaking, this had me thinking of lost innocence in the world and the message of peace and my heart goes out to all the children it plagues and I wish that somehow the doves can again mend their wings and fly once more and try and reason with those soul-less others! (sad sigh) This is powerful, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Barry, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

Barry - this is more than good, it's .... I had to take this verse and write to it, it's touched me.... For in the whispered tales of love does not thee find one lonely dove. The hawk before ye snares the bird of white with flow of boldest word. In many ways of truth there lies A lonely dove that beautifies In pain a hawk would take the knife Yet to meet there again in afterlife... BC |
