They say it is something that you have to do move ahead into tomorrow live for today forget about yesterdays sorrow. They say you must ...... you must forget about the hurt that lasts but I do not hear them answer when I ask them how to get passed the past....... Gentle Spirit - getting passed the past is difficult but can be done. I believe the hurt goes with time, but the past never leaves, it just becomes more mellow, and one must go on.... BC |

Hopefully after having written down your feelings, you are a little bit closer to leaving the past in the past. It is so difficult for us to deal with the present when the pains from the past keep impingeing on our lives. Sometimes in the people who share our existance the past is revisited on a daily basis. I hope you rid yourself of some of the past with this write. Very nicely done. |

Rose, that is so sweet, thank you for such lovely thoughts.... and I agree if the existance is still shared it is harder to get passed. Thanks. Seymour, you sweet man....thank you for that...... it makes sense......that the them......can be oneself..... Dixie, actually my muse is refusing to return right now so I can only put a few thoughts into a few words...thanks.
