He reached for me in a place so cold his whisper soft and simple. My hand I gave, I knew not why with thoughts he looked so gentle. He called again, again I spoke and soon we felt a knowing. Could it be true that what we had was love so quickly growing. My head did swim, my heart so full I can't express the feeling. I knew not what my life had missed in his words I found my meaning. He's meant for me, I know it's true my heart could hold no more. It's fullness now does take my breath and opens every door. A whisper sweet and it began my heart away he took. I see his eyes and know he knows we're pages of one book. |

I thought it was very well done J. It seemes very smooth but What do I know, I just signed up and your work is the first I have read on line. I can tell you this, It's making me think twice about posting any of the five poems I've written. Beautiful! "A whisper sweet and it began my heart away he took."
