If there be Sin

The wish to die I understand
If misery has marked its brand
But taking life is no ones right
And I for one abhor the sight.

I see limiting an overgrowth
With equal consent of both
This world can hold so many souls
Beyond that goal is horrors toll

I see a pain beyond relief
I see its death a grace belief,
And there are many, many more
But that is kindness and no more.

Our death is inevitable
One that is unpardonable.
All things that come must surely go
And this I think we all do know.

But wasting life does not fit in
It is our worst and greatest sin.
