For the most of you it's Saturday, in the afternoon For me it's late at night and I'll be leaving soon I thought about this trip and this came to my mind We all speak the English tongue, but in a different kind Kethry is an Aussi, she speaks the Australian way Mushi en Krissy speak it proper wich I think they'd say  I my self am Dutch, I don't know what kind I speak  The rest is all American, another different technique That's what I was thinking, when I was packing here End of month we all will meet, all those poets dear 't Will not be as in Babylon, there will not be confusion Because LOVE is universal, that is my conclusion Even spoken in different tongue, we will understand That we love you and you love us, till our lifes will end  WOW it's countdown time for me, tomorrow I'll leave home, sleep over at my daughter's home and Monday morning we'll take a train to Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam. At 14.15pm local time my plane will be airborne and heading for Boston. NAN....HERE I COME...PUT SOME BEER IN THE FREEZER GIRL!!! I'll see you lot in a couple of weeks in Tampa. How exciting, Titia! Is there an event that's bringing many together? What an idea, and you're coming from way over there. I wonder who's closer to Tampa, you or I, I mean when we're home. I'm on the northwest coast, inland a ways, say 220 miles and Tampa's on the east coast, in land less, I think. Without going to a map I'm making that conclusion. Have a great trip! Titia, good poem. VAS, We are meeting in Tampa because it's there along with Disneyworld, Universal Studios and many other attractions not the least of which are some friendly faces from the American contingent of PiP's. I think it's great when different nationalities with their own accents get together! We will have to make an audio clip of all of us saying hello to PIP individually. THAT would be interesting....and I won't hold it against any of you for talking funny! |
