Nervous, me? No, don't worry, I'm used to mess things up Three days before my flight to Nan's, I'm feeling like a yup Today I bought a suitcase, never used those unhandy things Those of my Mom's were too small, for this one I need wings But I can pull or push it, whatever will come to my mind Now I'm looking around, for the things I need and never find Have to remember to search for my shoes, they're somewhere The dogs drag them around, those creatures really don't care Must not forget my tickets. Ha that would be the day I'd say I've made a thousand lists, but when I need one it's flown away Tomorrow I must send letters, a hundred and sixty, I'm insane But if I don't, they all call my hubby and I'm sure he will complain For he is so nice to look after my sheep, but those breeders oh no He's always telling them "I know nothing" but they just go on you know So I told them in those letters, to keep their mouth shut for a while But I fear they're deaf and stupid, am I glad I'll be on Cape Cod Isle Now where did I put my paper, the one I wrote phone numbers down And where's Doreen, I need hers too, ahhh there's my sleeping gown Never wear those things at home, but now I'll be in grant company Well it's just an oversized T-shirt, so I will look grant too you see Have to move all the sheep, for the grass won't last that long Nervous you say? Nahh, me and my nerves are never wrong Oh geez, almost forgot my camera, I should go to bed it's 2.00am One question left for Balladeer: could I finally taste your SPAM??? Like scattered leaves...my words will flow |
