 Only Yesterday Was it but only yesterday I tread into blue hallowed walls This home of welcome, poet dear, Where age of sage bedecks the halls This is where all poets are found Where all friendly voices are heard Where up is up and never down Where there is read, the kinder word Hearts are broken, only to mend As commiserating souls find The lost is found and then we blend Among these loving, thoughtful minds Ah yes, it was but yesterday That I found a place to stand tall A hall to hang my poetry Upon these blue, these hallowed walls ~*~ Today I start my fourth year at Passions Thank you, Ron, for all you have given to so many who never once thought poetry could ever die...
