A miracle happened the day you were conceived Something that was never supossed to happen did Everyone was enchanted with the life you were We all dreamed of what you would be And all of us wished for a healthy child Your mommy saw visions of love And a new place in her heart Your daddy saw real love and thanked God everyday And I, your aunty, prayed for a little niece You were a product of love, from the very start From the very beginning with a place in every heart The day turned into months, six to be exact We were patiently waiting until August to see you Why you came three months early noone ever will know Your mommy tried to so very hard to do everything right But faith and hope and courage yielded adversity I saw you on Memorial day, so tiny and so sweet And I placed a kiss upon your head, and couldn't help but cry The next day, we placed you in the ground Your family gathered 'round. God took another angel that horrible morning A miracle was allowed to us for six wonderful months I felt you kick, and the next day said my goodbyes. Goodbye sweet miracle, goodbye |

After I stop crying like a baby. I will tell you more what I think about that piece. Wow, I'm sorry. That is the only thing that is running through my head. I just wanted to read a few pieces that were getting any kind of replies and I landed on this and I never thought that it would move me this way. Oh... God Bless You Love, Ladycat Live in my world just once and you'll find yourself enraptured. |

Amazing in how short a time they leave such an amazing legacy in our hearts... Prayers are with you for a love you will never forget... |

Cuddlez, Oh the agony of the loss of a child. I am so sorry. It is so hard to go on. Faith and support can help. I hope you share some more. I loved your poem and your tender heart. P.S. I raised my children in Walla Walla. Show you care to those you love...today. [This message has been edited by Larry C (06-27-2002 02:18 AM).] |

The loss of a loved one is terrible but when it is a newborn it is even worse. This poem shows your inner strength. My prayers go with you and your family. alan |
