i’d like to teach the world to sing
in perfect dissonance
cuz that’s what makes the world so real
its axis leaning thus

for when we sing the days of may
that might not be the thing
cuz not the whole world sings with us
not everywhere is Spring!

don’t think I need to teach the world
to sing as imperfection
for now that I have thought on this
let’s scream from every section!

Now...that was some jam-up marketing from Coca-Cola, wasn't it? I got thirsty just reading the title of your poem. Neat twist, the unexpected. Interesting thoughts. Still, I'm thirsty!
