In windy spaces I'm small as buildings, lightning shivers off the tree. So much static in the thunder. Radiates lost words and meaning. Warm sunlight on swollen sea, a sad bright face gone stormy under. My image torn through by the tide. Reaches back to release time. Flakes of rain fall out as snow. My head is searching without find. Lost among what I don't know. Something new is on my mind. Distant words bring freshened dew to the soil of my heart. Her words are kiss of flower eyes. The storm must end; so I may start. She said burn ... together. |

I love the way you used your words here, Mr.Squirrel...."Flakes of rain fall out as snow"....oh that is so surreal. Its amazing how some rodents can actually write poetry. ~ hugs from one rodent to another Lyra |
