Our Hourglass dust to dust as we slip through our personal hourglass of life. do tears of strife sometimes clog and slow the flow? when ebullient and light do we fight the rate they go? when we’re found waiting from hours grating upon our patience, does our dust fall in rapid crawl that beats all with oxymoron? then in our autumn where dust draws close and thoughts morose bring melancholy exposing folly in days we spent how fast they went when we weren’t looking. ©August 12, 2002 Whether on the shoal or on the shore, |

I really don't mind you giving Sy the credit for this....and I am pleased that you were inspired to write this poem, it says very beautifully what is felt by more than just one of us here at Passions... You have said it well... Thanx... Magnus.. |

As to us all life passes with the winds of time to only be left as a memory for us to cherish or to forget.. Wonderful wording... |
