How can I say the words to have you?
What spell must I cast to win your heart
In the warmth of cuddling with you
By just talking nonsense

How can I walk with you holding your hands
Along trails of aromatic flowers
In the blossom of the mist of your eyes
Glistening in the whisper of sweet nothings

In a picnic of cheese and wine
How can I make you kiss me divine
In the intoxication that is so sublime
Taking me into the heavens that intertwine

Oh my sweet angel spread your wings
In the flight of our fancy which redefines
The image of sweet love that will enshrines
Me into the graces of your fragrance remembering mine

Let me lavish you with all my treasures
Of the words so special that will be so fine
As to capture your sweet innocence on just one line
I love you

Another truly romantic verse. Your heart speaks in this piece. I really enjoyed it.

In truth, what defines us is our poetry.
