We need Those Few

The wonders of the human mind
Perplexes mine of common kind
I cannot understand the sequel
Or proverb that we all are equal

I do not understand the sail
Or the enigma of the fail
How can this gifted species brain
Build Frankenstein’s of lover’s lane.

Puzzle out the stars above
And flunk in common grades of love.
Tinker within a personal lust
And let his earth turn into dust.

How can he live in times disgrace
To leave his mind far out in space
He surely is insane in main
Or cannot see his nose in plain.

He lets demands run through his hands
To late the patches of his plans
Blind justice is the scale of change
And change will simply rearrange.

But he will say a fine goodbye
Extermination and I sigh.

Did you really mean
to take me as far as this
to thoughts of string lean
and what they do amiss?

Just chewed the meat

biochemics
are just like that...

There is truth in what dear Martie said, Sy
You must be a creature of more than one eye
for through human nature, you seem to see
Do you hide with a telescope, in a tree?
Somehow, in all of the words that you write
your slant on the universe is always right
you know the world like the back of your hand
oh what I'd give to be where you stand
you have an incredible font of knowledge
so much more than I learned in college
please keep on writing, I love your lines
through them, your intelligence shines

The justice you see is enough for me. Thank you friend.

Lyra,
You are a precious friend. And a dividend.
And your poetry a delight.

BRAVO!!! Yes, I hear you, we need more of those few that don't treat love like a papparazzi or alter its doctrines who can set an example for us all and teach our children and their children how to love truly! (sigh) This is powerful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Seymour, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Seymour darling heart your ability to write leaves me gasping with delight, YOU never ever disappoint me. Once again the teacher speaks and I sitting here at your feet sigh as I listen and maybe learn.

I could sit and drink at the fountain of your wisdom from dawn to moonset, and still I would find you infinitely fascinating, I would garner knowledge in your garden of wordy delight. Shower my soul in your voice and let my mind tread the ways of truth you have mapped. I’d spin the moonbeams into a cloak of silver, which I would lay over your shoulders to illume the nights darkness.

This is superb and I love it utterly utterly utterly
