Thanks so much, Karen... It was that light house... I had written this little poem quite a while ago and had been trying it on different pictures... and then I saw the lighthouse, and it not only made the perfect background, artistically...but also metaphorically. I have sailed a lot, and the light house has always been the welcoming light when coming into port.  ~ hugs from the lighthouseLyra |

Thanks so much, Marti... It only took me 2 whole days and umpteen tries to figure it out...but I did it... And, I would like to thank you for your help in telling me to click on that A. Lyra, I laughed when I read your reply to me about it taking 2 days to get the words on the picture. When Marge was helping me, she was gobbling up Excedrin constantly!! It took me days also, and even now, it takes a long time and I've done tons. I find one of the hardest things is getting the font and the color to match and look good on the picture. You did a great job and the more you do, the easier it will be. I still can't post pictures or graphics. Where is that son of mine? This is a case of the cobbler whose children have no shoes! :-) Marti |

Thanks so much, Marti... It probably would've taken a lot longer if you hadn't told me about the A and David wasn't living here... But I also had a hard time with getting the letters to show. I kept changing the letter color and nothing was working and finally...I just got a new picture, and this one actually went a lot better with the poem. It was nerve wracking, so I'm not sure if I'll do any more like this...but I at least had to try....I love challenges... ~ hugs from you know who...in Kalamazoo Lyra |
