Some humor, for a change More carbs, less carbs, what shall we do who know what's really good for you? Protein is crucial, so they say but you must take the fat away. Calories count, or maybe not perhaps if all the food is hot but natural, it must be so for all your extra pounds to go. Your blood type may tell you what's new some should eat meat, some veggie brew unless your body type's to blame it matters not, we're all the same. The rule, you cannot be too thin every woman at fashions' whim. |

(smiles) Oh Sandra, yes, I believe that everry now and then we can break the rules in a diet, for we are only human and we should eat what we like! (kiss on cheek) I believe to be happy and content with yourself can really benefit a diet, sweet friend, this is wonderful and delightful, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sandra, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

YEP, and what did I read today....that there is something in our body chemistry that is more important to watch out for than High Cholesterol...... Add that to your list of don'ts..... Like the lighter side of this Sandra...good to see it from you... |

hehehe, i love this! I used to be obsessed with my weight..until i met my current boyfriend, who is always encouraging me to eat more and gain some weight..It's funny, you always want to look how other people think you should look, but finally I'm happy with myself I love this poem, lots of humor and really cute, but also really true Great job!! Hey, I’ve heard that if you take a bite or two off someone else’s plate, it has no calories!! Lol. You can never win or lose |

This is so true. I sure don't know what to eat to get thinner. I use to be alot thinner. Now, what can I say? I gained a few. And, I don't hardly eat at all. |

This is so adorably true, Sandra...and you expressed it so perfectly. I was involved in a discussion tonight at a support group and we decided that anything you eat will kill you and that the only safe food is brussels sprouts....organic brussels sprouts. And Tracey, the trick about food off someone else's plate not having calories only works if its your child....so if you want this one to work, you gotta have a child first. I have also heard it said that there are no calories in the crumbs...so if you crumble all your food before you eat it, you should be able to eat as much as you want without gaining any weight. ~ dieting chipmunk hugs Lyra |

I suppose you could live on love...but not for long. I have a poem called Saccharine Citizens that explores a similar theme Keth Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. Unknown |

We are all at natures mercy. I don't even like to say the word "DIET"!! But I'll be on one forever. Genetics. Blah!! Love the poem. funny how these two poems are sitting now. Every woman's diet, ode to chocolate. Now there's an idea! [This message has been edited by WhiteRose (08-08-2002 08:08 PM).] |

I agree with Sven, a GOOD book! You have shouted the thought that many are struggling with even as I write this. Wonderful job!! A bird never flies so high that it can't hit the ground |

You took a horrid issue and made it lighthearted Ms. Sandra. I'm working on my body by Botticelli and it's coming along quite nicely But I refuse to give up my fried taters.. Sincerely, Reg |
