Seven Thirty in the morning life begins
I wake to the eternal sun as I take a step outside
As my eyes stare into the ocean closley distant from me
I nourish my self with God's given gift of fruit

I stop and pray for one good day out in the water
for protection of evryone today and protection of myself
I pray for one good day of those silent waves, who take me away from reality.

As I grab my board and sandles and hop in the car, i step into the sand and feel the ocean rising into my heart.
It takes one long glare into the water to bring the warmth of happiness.
No worries, no thoughts
Just me the board and the water
that takes me away

Very nice...everyone needs an escape once in a while...I wish I lived near the ocean so I could escape there. Well done, lifeslight.

We all need something to wash the realities away if only for a while ... you've captured this nicely in this piece lifeslight, I'm wishing I was on the sandy beach myself now ... much enjoyed!
