hidden in the sky behind the sun's fiery light stars await the night evergreen forests singing the songs of the pines the nightingale heard the wild side of life between the heavens and earth takes my breath away covered by the snow the land in winter's embrace this bear hibernates winter's course is set in it's eternal measure partaking of life like stars in the sky I await the coming night bathed in Luna's light wear the jester's cap accepted at Royal Court but I'm not a fool here's a new haiku I have written just for you am I getting through while I was reading it set my mind in motion reason without rhyme (all of this came after I left the library yesterday, if only it had come earlier) Jason Daniels Practiced in the Art of Perception [This message has been edited by Jason (08-06-2002 12:16 PM).] |

Wow, these are incredible. I love the nature theme. Truly some of the best Hiaku's I have ever read... and unfortunetly that includes mine!! Kudos. "I am not alive enough to kill myself." - Mary Ipal |
