Moving On Life goes on, Even through the pain, Try and let the madness, Fall away like rain. You think I don't know, But actually I do. I know the pain, You must be going through. This is the first time your heart has been broken, But it surely won't be the last, You have to move on to the future, Don't get caught up in the past. You must learn to love again, You can't dwell on her forevermore, You only learn from life, Even though broken hearts may leave you sore. You will soon find someone else, Awhile later it won't matter much anymore When one door closes, Another must open; its for sure. Remember madness is a cover for sadness, It always works that way, Just realize you must move on, Don't do something you might regret later on in the day. So please remember, Life goes on, The world won't stop for you, You must understand, she is gone... |

This is so true. So many think that life is like a soap opera. Yes, the world moves on an so must you. Thank you for the reminder. Bravo! |

The sadness of goodbye...though memories seldom fade and die...Learning to let it go and go on, so hard...but not impossible... A very compassionate poem, nicely done... |
