Hate I never thought I could hate someone With the passion as I do now I never thought I could feel such a way But then hate is what I found I never thought I could hate someone But now I really do I never thought I could do this But now I feel I have something to prove I'm proving that not everyone Is what you really think I'm proving when you discover this bout' someone Your heart will really sink I'm proving that deception, lifes, and rumors, Really can, and DO kill. I'm proving that you own words Bring you down against your will I'm proving that you actions May speak louder than your words. I'm proving that I've been through this It's not just something I've seen or heard Because I never thought I could hate someone With a passion as I do now. I never thought I could feel such a way But then hate is what I found I never thought I couuld hate someone, Or write a mean poem, but now I do, I never thought I could do this, But, you see, I feel I have something to prove. *God has a purpose for sunshine and rain* |

Hate is a very dangerous emotion. It usually hurts the hater more than the "hatee" (yep I just made that word up) Be careful in your hatred, it will consume your poetic spirit if not checked. Enjoyed the poem though. |

I must agree...that hate often consumes those who feel the hate... Far better to remember who we are....and just put them in their proper place....Out of sight and out of mind, forever... A very powerful post of feelings, and by all means, never stop expressing them... For the expression releases them so that you can deal with it.... |

Hate is like using a piece of glass bare handed to cut someone.You might cut them but you end up with a mangled hand. paladin |

 (big hugggssssss) I agree, I believe I hate no one, but rather pity those that I don't respect, for I believe forgiveness is the best way to go even when it is difficult so then hate doesn't bring out the worst in us and let us bring it out on those closest to us! (sigh) This is powerful, sweet friend, I LOVE IT, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing!  May love and light always shine upon you! this is significant. you know some recent studies have found that the emotion "hate" can actually cause physical damage to your body over the course of many years if this hatred isnt quelled one way or another |
