I was sure you meant so, to add the vowels, but I certainly can't figure out which ones go where.

and Muys, you've really got me, unless the numbers indicate the position of the missing letters in the alphabet. If that's the case I'll go give it a try, when I have more time. Sheesh, my puzzle was easy, compared to this!/these!
