Honoring Her Request

She possesses the beauty
that my eyes eagerly behold.
She provides me every pleasure
as fresh layers of love unfold.
An eloquent treasure worth more
in fine gold and precious jewels
than I could ever hope to pay.
And yet the only request she has
given to me is that I love her
a little more each new lovers day.
