One day there was this girl
she was not very tall
who wanted to be a nurse
in a hospital

The man who hired her
was not so very sure
because she looked so small
too young and immature

She was begging him
telling him she would die
if he didn’t at least
give her a week to try

Ok oksaid the man
don’t make yourself upset
I promise you dear girl
a week is what you get

So she started the next day
early in the morning
to give her first patients
a nice and proper washing

Entering the room…
she became a little nervous
seeing the young male patients
she has to give her service

Instructed by an experienced nurse
who showed her what to do
she thought that on her own
she could manage the other two

Undressing her second patient
she found to her astonishment
a red ribbon tied
around his “instrument”

Immedeatly she understood
although they didn’t spoke
that she was going to be
the victim of their joke

She removed the ribbon
without saying anything
but after she washed her patient
she replaced the festive thing!

By now the man was blushing
and with a broad grin
he knew the joke was not on her
but it was on him.

No need to tell you now
what the end of this story is
because on her first day she proved
what a clever nurse she is!
