Everywhere is autumn and I deliver aging leaves grief scripted and curling underneath his head in silent scenes. This fevered ache in every crease of leaf my heart, black empty in ink and I barely ever sleep at all. Instead, my fingers tucked into his veins eyes watching evening feather in a wall dust green flickers and the deep strangle of passing in my throat. He knows that the fall of another day subtracts, cuts me sideways still and I wonder through every breathing inch of public garden why he cares. I choke myself dampened with the adoration soil buried alive inside my lungs and the day comes around, dry again while I scratch the making up to fate. And he, love on a morning side road curls secrets into my chest with the detailed kind of warmth that cries me naked and needing. [This message has been edited by Alicia (07-30-2002 09:59 PM).] |

(sigh) Oh Alicia, this is beautifully aspiring, sweet friend, I love it, may love fill your heart in every season and in fall not wither like the leaves but rather blanket you from the chill forever and keep that warm smile on your face in amber afterglow! (big hugggssssss) This is lovely, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Alicia, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

the chilled warmth of love that finds itself in dawn's hands. . . don't know where that came from. . . reading this made me think of it. . . and about a lot of other things too. . . peace you, I know you're listening. . . -------------------------------------------------------- To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |

sigh...you must tell me how you do this--shaking my head here--the last stanza felt like someone kicked my feet out from under me. (and your photos make me ache to take up photography too) okay. I admit it. I'd like to be YOU for a little while (I think I need a vacation from being me, grin...) love ya lady-- |

Alicia "And he, love on a morning side road curls secrets into my chest with the detailed kind of warmth that cries me naked and needing." So deep you go, the images so sure of being yours...they paint you, and it just makes me want to give you a hug. |

You always leave me unsure of what to say…but you always leave me in awe. You have a wonderful gift for spinning thoughts and words…in this case into a quilt of many colours. Coloured with longing, yet uncertainty almost. You can never win or lose |

Excellent imagery, A. You know I've always been a fan of your work. Hope all is well for you, my friend. Just had to say, this one made me think of how lvoe touches us so tenderly at times...then other times, it leaves us feeling chilled to the bone. Odd, huh? Excuse the ramble, just a thought that came to mind when I read this over again. Peace, you. All writing comes |
