On A Journey To The Unknown

I Look For Me

To be
so much in love
Then to find out
it is all gone
Could it be
there never was
Any love
in the first place
there at all

My love
could not have been
Any stronger
than it was
A forgiving person
is who I always was
Now it seems so hard
for me to even do

I use to know
who I was
What I felt
and what I thought
Forgiveness was
apart of me
Now it seems
I have forgot

I look for me
the me that use to be
So forgiving
and so caring
There was no end
to the love
I use to carry
inside of me

This really got the tears rolling down my cheek, Sue...
Remember, though...its never too late to start over and it takes a lot of strength to face the truth sometimes...
and you are a strong woman.

SmartChick - sad write, but I've found it helps to write it out. The best to you...

Hi Sue!
It all has a way of working out in the end.
Keep writing it out and you will feel better.

This is so sad... When you know, without question, that the person you used to be no longer exists... and you don't yet know the person you've become, you're lost inside... and it's painful and frightening.

The person we see when we look at you is a treasure. Don't ever forget that. *S*
