Read My Heart Like A Closed Book
By: Noah Eaton
7/28/02

Read my heart like a closed book
Don't peek and look
Just lay back and we'll write this story together
We'll let it flow like a babbling brook
It is fun to see where this will go...
It would be no fun looking ahead
And skimming the pages
So let me faithfully and honestly love you with enchantment...

Hand in hand we'll turn the page
Chapter 1, how we felt love at first gaze
Chapter 2 we'll encounter loves obstacles
But in Chapter 3 our love only accelerates
That's when I found out we're meant to be...
We write the book...

Upon this fine authentic vellum
Quills my sacred blood and vermouth
Your destiny child's balladeer
The magician to all of your truths
Your chefd'oeuvre's au jus

When our first book is poetically full
Together we'll write the sequel
Building viaducts to each others needs
Being your white beach with seagulls
I will do for you all you please
Your lifes king is at your feet...

Read my heart like a closed book
I'll write I Love You on every page
Just sit back and enjoy the ride
I want to suprise you with loves sweet sage
Upon this magic carpet ride

I want to suprise you
Share all my deepest secrets
I want every day to be Christmas
Just for you
Once upon a time
We'll live happily ever after..
...fin

"Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..."

Wow, Noah, again this is overwhelmingly beautiful. You use unusual words within the poem that brings it out even more favorably. I don't know how you do it!

few can equal your ability to express love so tenderly
so true your love sounds to other
like the peel of a bell across water

this is one of those times, Noah, buddy,
that i am in awe of you, and envious of your devotion.

A heartfelt write, Noah, you know that I'm a hopeless romantic and of course I believe in happy endings, too bad though that they don't happen all the time though.  This is one of your best and I'm saving it

Take care,

Your heart, my friend, could never be a closed book.

I loved it, Noah!

Noah,

I truly enjoyed reading this. I particularly enjoyed the mixture of uncommon words and phrases that you used like a Master Chef creating a new delicacy for our enjoyment.
My compliments to the chef.....
I look forward to more of your work, with great anticipation..... like waiting for dessert....

thanks,
Jason
