Stormy skies
nestled upon a darkening horizon.
Smell of weather in the air.

Squinting against
an invisible gust of nature’s breath
as trees sway in reverence.

Pasture grasses flowing
like the ocean swells in endless waves
of green and brown hues
on an earthen bed.

Flashes of His energy silhouetting
as beast and fowl scurry for shelter.
Change comes on wings of light
as thunder rolls endlessly
and man prays
for rain.....

to say that this is good would be an understatement.

A beautiful write, Barry...
It reminds me of last night.  It thundered and "lightninged" all night long, but it only rained for about 10 minutes.

Magnus darling boy YOU have to know this is exquisite writing darling heart, it really is exceptional. I know when I see your name it is going to be something special but this is more than that. Utterly utterly perfect writing I love it.

I’m trying to be brief, it’s not necessarily working but I am trying, and quite in the back who called out yes you are very So sisnce I’m attempting brevity this is simply wonderful I love it utterly utterly utterly love it

Love and warm stuff

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm

Barry

You write the edge of storm so well...really enjoyed.  If you have any left, send it to California.
