The sun that baked the sky to dry has found a way to say, “Good-bye.” It’s behind the clouds that covered fast, waiting for the sky to blast lightning and thunder herds of cumulus and stratus blurs. ******* The lawn awaits my fast attention to gather up the blades’ contention for rising tall, too tall for me to please the local ‘munity. Therefore, I must stop this revelry of writing of my reverie, and get myself and all my girth out atop the green-clad earth. ©June 14, 2002 Point of info: By the time I got out the mow the lawn, the clouds were almost tot'ly gone. So now it's hot and sunny, too, no cool for me, now, how 'bout you? It is about 10 degrees cooler than yesterday, though, I think. Whether on the shoal or on the shore, I'll seek the lighthouse evermore. [This message has been edited by VAS (06-14-2002 04:45 PM).] |
