you used to kiss me with this amazing passion that i had never felt before
but now you hardly kiss me at all anymore
when you say i love you
you cant look me in the eye
but whats worse is when you dont say it at all
i feel like i will die
you dont want me to be with you
and i dont understand
if you really love me
why wont you hold my hand?
i've given you everything i have
and everything i am
but it seems it's never good enough
i'm doing all i can
i only ask one thing from you
you have to tell me how you feel
you cant hide from me or lie to me
or try to run away
you cant hurt me or leave me
nor say youll always stay
because no matter what you say to me
i'll never feel betrayed
for i love you more than life itself
and that love will never fade.

your romance is always barbed with sadness, which in some ways makes it more real.
