I am through with the past Literally yesterday can forget itself What I was doing this hour on Sunday I am only looking to my future now Not my sunken past If I yelled yesterday so what? If I burnt your bacon I don't care I am through with the past I will clean the house so it looks good in the future Not to get rid of yesterday's settled dust I am thinking of success Not my failure when I thought I could not kick the ball And they would laugh I burnt your bacon I yelled I am only thinking of my future success Once the future is past Forget it It goes in the memory box with my other trinkets Only got out for a brief glimpse at Christmas The silent tear, the past will never cripple me again Nice work if you can get it |

Welcome to passions! "The silent tear, the past will never cripple me again" A very forceful write, and a very good one, as well. Much enjoyed. Sincerely, Titus As I'm out there, walking, searching, for myself, for you.... won't you join me? Let's walk this journey together.
