Gift of Love Our eyes meet for the first time, or so it seems Both of us hoping to fulfill our dreams The smile on your face A memory that time can never erase Words spoken between friends one day Become words shared by Lovers as the sun begins a new day What a treasure we have found This treasure came from our hearts not from the ground Worth more than diamonds or gold This treasure of Love we have found within our soul We share with each other this gift of Love This gift given to us by God above A new day begins for two hearts that now beat as one A new life filled with Love for us has just begun We embrace each other again as we watch the coming of the sun 8-19-01 Paul D.
