The dance floor cleared and suddenly
A blinding Ray in front of me
In bloom above, and wilt below
Shoes of white, 'neath missle toe

In June, to RUMBA, lightly stepped
In squinted face, my manners kept
In strapless gown, stiletto heel
Giving single life a reel

The thoughts flashed fast, and did not last
A blinding bolt beside me passed
In duck and run, full speed on
And closed those blinds, alarms upon

The dance card full and not so bad
A blinding headache all I had
Inside my fortress tucked away
Recovering this blinding Ray\

hehehehehe

So Ray is someone you wanted to avoid, right? Did I get it?

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

You're good Diamond Lady!
I really liked the fevered frenzy and the flashy style of your ray(s)
