Concrete Dream Concerto to build then allow balloons to dance in the sky stairsteps on their way to Elysian fields’ delight rock or granite offering a foothold to heavenly skies of blue a man’s gift to hold in soft regard all of the dreams within you feet on the ground holding love in one’s heart and a song to long cling onto stairstep one to heaven with a melody on your lips stand solid allowing one to dream then loving words will slip be the rock to step one to the sky to play the music of one’s soul a concrete dream concerto 02.10.01 |

Karilea I think of dreams as floating not needing solid ground but you have changed my mind a bit for many rocks I've found I'll think of them as stairways now to places I would flow for each was special saved for that to float one first must go |

(smiles) Wow, oh my gosh, I love the splendor of this, sweet friend, this had me envisioning climbing this staircase to the sky then feeling like falling below but yet it feels like flying! (big hugggssssss) This is beautiful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Karilea, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Do you ever go back and read your first poems here? I think you've progressed so far as a writer (not just a poet). You are amazing! |
