Yesterday at work my roommate and I found out his friend Will (also our co-worker) died in a motorcycle accident..it's strange when you work with someone and starting to get to know them and weeks later they die..So I hope this does some justice even though I did not know him well... 7.16.02 I wonder if my words Would do your memory justice Or if my tears Wash away the immense pain That was deeply embedded Within our hearts When you left us That fateful Saturday I admit I knew you not very well But my heart Was overwhelmed When I heard the news yesterday Found lifeless Amongst the soft green grass Now in heaven Spirit speeding fast Into the unknown Forever in our hearts Your memory will be known I know I'm not alone When I express my feelings That I'm half way expecting you To walk right through that door And joke like you have done many times before I try to reassure myself That all of this is real And that now you're an angel Protecting us Guiding us And still gracing us With your smile... Even when a life touches us just for a brief moment, God is grateful that we show remorse at their sudden passing, for the child was His gift to us... and we should never ignore His gifts... This was a true outpouring of your heart, and I thank you for sharing your compassion... |

(tears fall down my cheeks) Oh Kristen, this is so very sad, sweet friend, I'm so sorry to hear this, but I know with all my heart Will will always be blessed to have such a loving golden-hearted friend like you and he truly is an angel watching over you and all his loved ones with love forever and he is in safe hands!
