I can't believe that the worlds on my shoulders I can't believe that it's real theres no one around me to see that I'm falling so would you help me to feel theres nothing left, I stay here in traction nothing to move me along no living hope, just broken dreams and passions no motivation to live why can't I see that the worlds on my shoulders? what can I possibly do? how can I hold on to what I have lost now? answers are running from me they're hiding now, deep in the shadows waiting to take me away I struggle on, weary from exertion surviving through one more day I can't believe this station I can't relive creation I sit alone and wonder why I'm alive nothing makes sense right now its all a mess somehow I can't imagine why I'm still here today cause I've got the weight of the world on my shoulders, no one can take it from me and no one can see all the damage it's doing no one can help set me free I'm at the bottom of the well as the water dries up with no where to go and no remedy in sight as the chances of survival get thinner and thinner in a world where theres no difference between breakfast and dinner and the chance of salvation is passing me by slowly but surely on a cloud that can fly should I escape from the pressure and the pain that I live in or can I find my own salvation in the pleasure it gives them to make me suffer and destruct the very fabric I dwell in so goodbye to all of you that couldn't relate and thank you to those who said that I'd make it cause I made it in the place where it truely matters in the heart and the soul of my wife I love you christy and even though the world seems to be against us at times, it only makes us stronger People demand freedom of speech to make up for the freedom of thought which they avoid. --Soren Kierkegaard |

I can relate to these words... and as a side note, you have the exact same name as my uncle... *smiles* ~R.T. "I shall never bond again, as I have bonded with you..." |

Giving this a bump. Good poets should not go without a multitude of replies. I will not bend to the cowardice of a silent judgement. |
