I remember gentle whisper finger feather touch I stroke my face remembering the cradle of your palm in span from chin to brow as your fingers drifted telling tales in trace and heartbeat in the tips of touch pulsate in a native drum pounding rhythm kept in time to shaking of my knees your fingers painting passion's peace silk-on-silk beneath my blouse and oh the kneading need of me now a shiver up my spine I shook it off licking lips eyes half open eyes half shut I am the lioness in hunt in urgency I take your hand leading pleading rocking need of one still pond in beg of stone... |

You're right Jams, this one needs to be read at night. of one still pond in beg of stone... Not often I'd feel comfortable with that word...'beg'. But here, now, your poem, my life...perfect. It's a damn begable feeling, isn't it? lol I’ll go to puppy class…but Tracey has to wear the muzzle. |

May your night(s)find stones a plenty to send the ripples cascading to the shores of your heart and soul. A cowboy just shouldn't be allowed to read words such as this, especially when his stone is in currently in another state. Beautiful write filled with longing passion and a bit of spicey zest to keep the senses alive. Truely enjoyed it much, especially the last two lines. |
