Once there was a girl I loved so much I couldn't walk away I lost myself and dreams Inside her head I was tossed and turned away Feelings that I never Thought would bend Now lay broken on display Since then I've lived on destroyed My life is not the same Can't talk with anyone That knows my name Maybe I'll confide in you And even stay a while But I'd be better off walking away Reminders of the pain Are never far The past is everywhere I wish I'd just gone Some place else And never had been there I guess its what I Make of it Some happiness in despair Well now I'm making my mind To be happy and believe This is all a chapter of my story I'm tired but I don't mind And thankyou for your time Now I'd best be walking Away |
